Our Forzify application, accesses Google user data to provide the functionality of sharing multimedia content. We request only the data necessary to provide these services, and access is granted through user consent during the OAuth authentication process. We use Google user data to authenticate users, retrieve and display user profiles (including name, email, and profile picture) to personalize the user experience, and allow users to share content from Forzify to their Google accounts, such as YouTube. Google user data is stored securely in our database with encryption to ensure data protection. We retain this data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. We do not share Google user data with third parties, except as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. In specific cases, data may be shared with trusted partners who adhere to our data protection standards and only process the data according to our instructions. Forzify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This means that we use the data only to provide or improve user-facing features of Forzify that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface.
